The Chapter newsletter will be circulated to all members via email. A few printed copies may be available at the dealership in the Chapter member’s area. Newsletters will be archived in the Members only section of this website.

Accuracy of Contact Information
Members are reminded to inform the Membership Officer should any of the contact information provided on their Membership Enrollment Form change. This is the best way of ensuring that you don’t miss out on important Chapter related communication.
Zero Alcohol Tolerance Policy
As a member of a chapter, I am fully aware that there is a “zero tolerance policy for drugs, including but not limited to cannabis or alcohol”. I understand and accept that in consuming intoxicant during any riding event or other activity, it will nullify my coverage under the any applicable liability insurance policy. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible and accountable as an individual for my actions and hereby agree to adhere to this policy during the course of any riding event or other activity in which I am a participant and will forfeit any awards or prizes for said event.
H.O.G.® Chapter Handbook
All chapter members are encouraged to read the H.O.G.® Chapter Handbook annually to remind themselves of the roles and responsibilities of being a Chapter member. This handbook has all the information to answer all your questions about Chapters and membership. Ask your Chapter Director for a copy.
